Terms of service
The agreement between you and Craftebook when you use craftebook.

Who we are
Craftebook is the trading name used for this service. The operator's legal name, business address, country, and any applicable registration and tax numbers must be added before these documents are treated as final.
You can reach us at support@craftebook.com. We aim to answer within two business days.
What the service does
craftebook takes a description of a book you want to write and produces an outline and draft chapters, then typesets them and exports PDF, EPUB, and DOCX files. You review and edit everything before you publish it. We do not publish on your behalf and we do not upload anything to a store for you.
Drafting is done using third-party AI models. Output is generated, not retrieved, and it can be wrong. You are responsible for checking anything factual before you publish it.
Your account and your content
You keep ownership of what you put in and what comes out. We claim no rights in your book. We do not train models on your content and we do not share it with anyone other than the model provider needed to generate it.
You are responsible for what you publish. You may not use craftebook to produce material that infringes someone else's rights, that impersonates a real person, or that is unlawful where you sell it.
Plans, credits, and payment
Creating an account includes 50 generation credits. Craftebook shows the credit cost before generation and deducts credits when generation starts. Previewing completed work is free. Any verified purchase — a monthly plan or a one-time top-up — unlocks export downloads. Payments are processed by Whop; we never see or store your full card details.
Credits pay for generation. Plan credits refresh at the start of each billing period and do not carry over. If you run out, you can wait for the refresh, move to a larger plan, or buy a one-time credit top-up. Top-up credits remain available after a subscription ends.
We may change prices. If we do, we will tell existing subscribers at least 30 days before the change takes effect, and you can cancel before it does.
Cancelling and refunds
You can manage or cancel a subscription from your Whop customer hub. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not retroactively refund the period you are in.
All sales are final. We do not offer voluntary refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction, unused or expired plan credits, partially used billing periods, failure to cancel before renewal, or a decision not to publish or use generated output.
This policy does not exclude a refund, reversal, repair, or other remedy required by applicable law. It also does not prevent correction of a duplicate, unauthorized, fraudulent, or processing-error charge, or a reversal that Whop, a payment network, or a bank is required to make.
Consumers in the EU, EEA, or UK may have a 14-day statutory withdrawal right for a distance contract. For digital content supplied immediately, that right may be lost only after the consumer expressly agrees to immediate supply and acknowledges the resulting loss of the withdrawal right. If that consent and acknowledgment are not validly collected, the statutory right remains.
Files you exported before cancelling remain yours, with their license intact.
Availability
We aim to keep craftebook available but we do not offer a guaranteed uptime level on these plans. We may suspend the service for maintenance, and we will give notice where we reasonably can.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or lost sales — including any figure produced by the illustration tool on our pricing page, which is not a forecast.
Governing law
The governing law and courts must be completed with the operator details before these terms are treated as final. Consumers keep any mandatory protections and courts available to them under the law of their country.
