Accessibility
What we target, what we know is imperfect, and how to tell us.

Our target
We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA across the marketing site and the product. The European Accessibility Act applies to consumer e-commerce in the EU, and we intend to comply with it rather than treat it as optional.
What we have done
The site is designed for keyboard use, respects reduced-motion preferences, keeps visible focus indicators, uses readable contrast, and is built with landmarks, headings, and list semantics. Accessibility issues can be reported to our support address.
What we know is not finished
We have not yet completed a full audit with assistive technology users. Automated checks catch a fraction of real problems, and we would rather say that than claim a clean bill of health.
Tell us
If something on this site blocks you, email support@craftebook.com with the page and what happened. We treat access bugs as bugs, not as feature requests, and we will tell you what we are doing about it.
