Home/Refund and cancellation policy

Refund and cancellation policy

All sales are final, with the exceptions that applicable law and payment rules require.

Last updated September 21, 2026

Draft. The seller/controller identity and governing-law fields still need to be completed. This document has not yet been marked as reviewed by qualified counsel and is excluded from search indexing until that review is complete.

All sales are final

All sales are final. Craftebook does not offer voluntary refunds, including for subscriptions, renewals, one-time credit top-ups, used or unused credits, partially used billing periods, or a decision not to use, publish, or sell the generated output.

Dissatisfaction with generated content, a change of mind, failure to use an account, or failure to cancel before a renewal does not create a right to a voluntary refund. You remain responsible for reviewing and editing generated output before publishing it.

Rights and payment corrections we do not exclude

Nothing in this policy limits a refund, reversal, repair, repeat performance, price reduction, cancellation right, or other remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Email us promptly if a charge is duplicated, unauthorized, fraudulent, or caused by a processing error. Whop may also reverse or refund a transaction where required by law, its payment rules, a card network, a bank, fraud controls, or a chargeback process. Those actions are not voluntary refunds under this policy.

If a legally required refund is approved, it is returned through the original payment method. Posting time depends on Whop, the payment processor, and your bank.

EU, EEA, and UK withdrawal rights

Consumers in the EU, EEA, or UK generally have a 14-day withdrawal period for distance contracts. The rules contain an exception for digital content supplied immediately, but that exception applies only when the consumer gives prior express consent to immediate supply and acknowledges that the withdrawal right will be lost.

Where valid consent and acknowledgment are collected and digital supply begins, the statutory withdrawal right may end as provided by law. If they are not validly collected, this no-refund policy does not remove the statutory right.

Cancelling a subscription

Manage or cancel a subscription from your Whop customer hub. Cancellation stops the next renewal but does not refund the current billing period. You keep the license to files already exported and any separately purchased top-up credits that remain on your account.

Contact

For a billing error or a right that applies under local law, email support@craftebook.com with the account email, transaction reference, date, and a short description. Do not send full card details.
